This Integrity Policy establishes the standards of professional and ethical conduct for all independent contractors using the MyFlow.io platform. Our goal is to create a trusted, transparent, and respectful community where contractors and clients can collaborate effectively.
Scope
This policy applies to all independent contractors registered on MyFlow.io, including those offering services, bidding on projects, or engaging with clients and other contractors on the platform.
Core Principles
1. Honesty and Transparency
Accurate Representation: Contractors must provide truthful information about their skills, qualifications, experience, and availability in their profiles, proposals, and communications.
Clear Communication: All interactions with clients and other contractors should be clear, professional, and free of misleading statements.
Disclosure of Conflicts: Contractors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their work or relationships on the platform.
2. Professional Conduct
Respectful Interactions: Treat all clients, contractors, and MyFlow.io staff with respect, regardless of background, beliefs, or opinions. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Timely Delivery: Honor commitments by delivering work on time and meeting agreed-upon quality standards.
Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of client information and project details, sharing them only with authorized parties.
3. Fair Practices
Competitive Bidding: Submit bids and proposals that reflect fair pricing and realistic timelines. Avoid underbidding to secure work with no intention of meeting expectations.
No Collusion: Do not engage in practices that manipulate bidding processes or unfairly disadvantage other contractors.
Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to taxation, labor, and intellectual property.
4. Platform Integrity
Account Security: Maintain the security of your MyFlow.io account and do not share login credentials with others.
Prohibited Activities: Do not use the platform for illegal activities, spamming, or soliciting work outside the platform to circumvent fees or policies.
Feedback Honesty: Provide honest and constructive feedback in reviews and ratings, avoiding false or retaliatory comments.
Enforcement
Reporting Violations: Contractors are encouraged to report violations of this policy via the platform’s reporting tools or by contacting support@myflow.io.
Investigations: MyFlow.io will investigate reported violations promptly and fairly. Contractors involved may be asked to provide relevant information.
Consequences: Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity of the breach.

By participating in the MyFlow.io community, you agree to uphold this Integrity Policy. MyFlow.io reserves the right to update this policy as needed, with changes communicated to all contractors.
